The heavy-duty understructure of this waist-high digital scale incorporates a fabricated lever system that is enhanced by precision-ground, pressed-in knife edges which eliminate friction.
The American-made Detecto 8437 waist-level digital physician scale is available with or without a digital or mechanical height rod. Equipped with a 758C indicator designed for optimum performance and utilizing Detecto’s unique 1LOOK feature which displays height, weight and BMI simultaneously by simply raising the digital height rod while a patient is being weighed on the physician scale. All of this data may be output to a printer or PC for EMR/EHR via the scale’s serial, USB, or optional Ethernet ports.
